It seems there are 2 camps regarding Pumpkin pies: those that love them and those that aren’t terribly fond of them.
I do enjoy pumpkin pie but will also admit that they can be a little boring. So when I saw this recipe, I knew it was a keeper.
The recipe takes a normal pumpkin pie and kicks it up a notch… you add some cream cheese which makes it lighter and fluffier. Score!
So if you’ve been looking for a new and improved version of pumpkin pie, you have found it.
