These Pumpkin Butter Bars are tasty and healthy.
They are made with pumpkin butter and flavored with pumpkin pie spice. They are made healthy with oats, pecans, and coconut oil so you can enjoy them without guilt!
You can dress them up for a special occasion or just snack on them – whichever you decide.

2 cups (198 g) old-fashioned rolled oats
1 cup (100 g) raw pecan halves
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 cup (106 g) brown sugar
1/4 cup (53 g) melted coconut oil
10 ounces (283 g) pumpkin butter*, homemade or store-bought
8-inch (20 cm) square pan
*You can find pumpkin butter at Trader Joe’s or buy online.
