There’s just something comforting about banana bread… it’s moist, chewy, and slightly sweet. These cute individual servings are baked in half pint Mason jars.

6 Tablespoons (85g) butter
2 cups (400g) granulated sugar
2 cups (454g) mashed bananas (approx. 4 medium-sized bananas)
1/3 cup (76g) applesauce
1/3 cup (76g) plain Greek Yogurt
2½ cups (301g) all-purpose flour
1 cup (96g) whole wheat pastry flour (or you can use all-purpose flour)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1½ teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup (113g) walnuts, crushed
12 half pint (8 ounce jars) (237ml) mason jars
