Cut brownies into star shapes with a cookie cutter. Then thread the brownies, strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows onto skewers for a fun red, white, and blue dessert. Easy peasy!

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour blend, such as Cup-4-Cup (3½ oz) (100g)
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
3/4 cup (64g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup (106g) packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (4 oz.) (113g) 60% bittersweet cocoa baking bar (such as Ghirardelli), chopped into chunks, divided
1/2 cup (118ml) milk
6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature, lightly beaten
Wooden skewers, 9¾ inches (25cm) long
9 x 13″ (23x33cm)
