16 oz (473ml) jars
2½ sticks Very Cold Butter, cut in 1/2″ cubes (1¼ cups) (283g)
3 cups (360g) All-purpose Flour (plus more for rolling the dough)
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1½ teaspoons Salt
8 cups (1.36kg) Blueberries (rinsed & dried)
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch
3/4 cup (150g) Granulated Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup of water (237ml)
1/8″ thick (3mm)
