Even though it’s still September we can be planning the fabulous menu for our Halloween party, right?
What could be better than freshly picked apples and homemade caramel? They are super simple, but super yummy. 🙂

8 small apples, washed, dried, and cold
8 lollipop sticks
1½ cups (355ml) heavy cream
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1½ cups (355ml) honey
