THE Super Bowl of the decade will be next Sunday, so it’s time to plan the menu for your party!
Why is it THE Super Bowl of the decade? Because I grew up in Seattle and my family is thrilled. 🙂
Whether you’re a Seahawks fan or not, you better get your game on and decide what you’re serving. So I have collected some favorite recipes here to help you.
You’ll want to have something for your guests to nibble on when they arrive so I suggest some Fat Pretzels with Steak Seasoning. If you want to be a little more adventurous, make some Focaccia with Red Onion, Sundried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives and Italian Herbs.
If you’re serving chili, you could make some Quick & Easy Cornbread to serve with it. Or you could make a Spring Greens Flatbread Pizza. I would leave off the greens, making it a plain cheese pizza, so you can eat it with your hands without making a mess.
And of course you’ll want to offer dessert. You could have Banana Bread in a Jar so everyone has their own serving. Or maybe you prefer to serve slices of Pineapple Coconut Banana Bread.
You could be a little more adventurous by serving Brownie & Fruit Kabobs using apples, pears, or whatever fruit looks ripe.
I hope your team wins, regardless of who you’re cheering for. More importantly, I hope your party is a wonderful success!
