This Triple Berry Apple Pie combines the flavors of blackberries, blueberries and strawberries with apples for a delightful summer dessert.
It provides a tremendous burst of flavor in every bite! Don’t forget the dollop of whipped cream or the scoop of ice cream.

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) (400°F convection) (200°C)
All-Butter Flaky Pastry:
3 cups (361 g) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup (2 sticks, 227 g) cold, unsalted butter, cubed
2 teaspoons vinegar or lemon juice
Enough ice cold water to make 2/3 cup (158 ml)
9″ (23 cm) pie plate (about 13″ (33 cm) diameter)
Triple Berry Apple Filling:
3 cups (340 g) peeled, chopped apples
1⅓ cups each blueberries (226 g), hulled and sliced strawberries (222 g), and blackberries (150 g)
2/3 cup (132 g) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 tablespoons corn starch
reduce the heat to 350˚F (180°C) (325˚F convection) (165°C)
