Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies – the perfect comfort food!
Brown sugar makes these cookies chewy and tender and the baking soda makes them soft and fluffy. Enjoy them before they’re all gone!

Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C)
1/2 cup (106 g) packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup (50 g) granulated white sugar
1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter (1 stick) at room temperature
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (170 g) milk chocolate chips
1¼ cups (151 g) all-purpose flour
