Preheat the oven to 300˚F (150°C)
1/2 cup (99 g) granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg white
1 Tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (200 g) pecan halves
