These Soft Almond Cookies are perfectly yummy and a sure way to impress your family and friends!
Preparing these cookies is so easy but the payoff is huge. They are soft and chewy and full of almond flavor. 🙂

Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C)
1 egg white
20 grams (0.70 ounces) (3 Tablespoons) powdered sugar
70 grams (2.50 ounces) unsalted butter (5 Tablespoons), melted, cooled slightly
65 grams (2.30 ounces) (3 Tablespoons) honey
35 milliliters (2½ Tablespoons) milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 grams (2.80 ounces) (heaping 1/3 cup) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
25 grams (0.90 ounces) (3 Tablespoons) all purpose flour
200 grams (7 ounces) (2 cups) almond meal
A pinch of salt
