These Salted Caramel Apple Cinnamon Macarons are perfect for any fall gathering!
The yummy apple cinnamon frosting and salted caramel are the perfect flavors to welcome in Fall. Happy Autumnal Equinox. 🙂

For The Shells:
110 grams (1 cup) Blanched Slivered Almonds (or almond meal)
200 grams (1¾ cups) Powdered Sugar
90 grams (~2½ large eggs) Egg Whites (at room temperature)
30 grams (2 Tablespoons) Granulated Sugar
Brown Food Coloring Gel or Powder
Preheat the oven to 315˚F (157°C)
For The Filling:
6 Tablespoons (85 g) Unsalted Butter, softened
2 cups (227 g) Powdered Sugar (plus more if needed)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Apple Juice (plus more if needed)
Sea Salt Flakes
