These Cookie Butter Monster Cookies with Reese’s Pieces are perfect with a glass of milk!
These Monster Cookies are soft and chewy with just the right amount of oats. And instead of peanut butter, these cookies have been kicked up with cookie butter. What?! You haven’t tried cookie butter? Head to your nearest Trader Joe’s and buy a jar… you are in for a real treat!
Last but not least there are chocolate chips and Reese’s pieces for more yummy flavor. The Reese’s Pieces are the perfect colors for Fall… and Halloween, don’t you think? 🙂

1 cup (120 g) All-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 cup (113 g) Unsalted Butter, softened (1 stick)
3/4 cup (159 g) Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 cup (50 g) Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup (180 g) Cookie Butter (like Speculoos or Biscoff)
1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup (74 g) Quick Oats
3/4 cup (128 g) Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips or Chunks
3/4 cup (141 g) Reese’s Pieces
Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180°C)
