110 grams (4 ounces) (heaping 1/2 cup) granulated white sugar
2 tablespoons gold rum or marsala wine (for the yolk mixture)
350 grams (12 ounces) (1½ cups) mascarpone cheese
100 grams (3.5 ounces) heavy whipping cream
100 grams (3.5 ounces) ladyfingers
100 milliliters (3½ oz) fresh espresso coffee
2 tablespoons gold rum or marsala wine (for the coffee mixture)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
